Corrections Policy

Bloombexy is committed to correcting significant factual errors fairly and transparently.

How to Request a Correction

Please send the article URL, identify the statement you believe is inaccurate, explain the proposed correction and include reliable supporting evidence. Requests without enough detail may take longer to assess.

How We Review Requests

We review the published article, available source material and any evidence supplied. Where necessary, we may contact relevant parties or consult additional primary sources before deciding whether a correction is required.

Types of Updates

  • Minor edit: spelling, grammar or formatting changes that do not alter the meaning.
  • Correction: a factual change that materially improves the accuracy of an article.
  • Clarification: additional context added when the original wording was accurate but potentially unclear.
  • Retraction or removal: considered only in exceptional cases involving serious inaccuracies, legal obligations, safety or rights concerns.

Transparency

Material corrections should include a note describing what was changed. The date shown on an article may also be updated when substantial revisions are made.
